Often called the rainforests of the sea, coral
reefs harbor hundreds of fish species, numerous
corals and sponges, sea fans, anemones, sea urchins,
and other sea life inhabit coral reefs.
All scuba diving and snorkeling
gear, including wet suits, fins, masks, regulators
and buoyancy compensators are from the premier
Italian outfitter Mares and available at no extra

With a variety of reef sites
to choose from, our certified PADI dive master
will lead guests on stunning dives through Belize's
underwater world. Reef types include fringing reefs,
patch reefs, faroes, barrier reefs and atolls.
We have two commercial diving boats, a Newton 32
and a Newton 42, both equipped with heavy-duty
Caterpillar diesel engines, powerful enough to
take you quickly and safely anywhere on the southern
portion of Belize’s reef. We will give you
a Belize dive vacation you will never forget.
Come dive with us at Glovers Reef
- one of only three atolls in the Western Hemisphere
and featuring more than 70 miles of pristine coral
reef. The relatively undiscovered atoll, named
after the legendary pirate John Glover, is just
east of Kanantik Reef & Jungle Resort and offers
spectacular drops and friendly wildlife residents
ranging from graceful manta rays to playful porpoises.
Diving gear is available at no extra charge.
Overall, the Belize Barrier Reef
Reserve System is the second largest barrier reef
on the planet – after Australia’s Great
Barrier Reef – and one of the most remarkable
marine wonders of the world. This 160 mile-long
wall, alive with millions of coral organisms, spans
Belize's coastline and provides abundant locations
from which to explore the country's underwater
garden. A chain of white surf marks its location
in the Caribbean, while beneath the surface the
barrier reef treats divers to a rich ecosystem
that boasts hundreds of animal and plant species.
